Longmont isn’t often known for it’s dedication to Asian culture, but this week, it will be.

The Tower of Compassion, located in Longmont’s Kanemoto Park, will be honored at Tuesday’s Longmont City Council meeting. The move is in recognition of its being placed on the National Register of Historic Places.
