More delays for Hotel Longmont.
Hotel Longmont has pushed back the opening of its rooftop restaurant and bar, Longmont Supply, according to hotel staff.
The delay is needed to address a repair to the restaurant’s walk-in food storage unit. A new opening date is yet to be determined. The long-awaited rooftop experience was originally slated to open Friday morning.

When Longmont Supply finally does open, it’ll be available to anyone in the public, even those not staying at the hotel, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. According to its website, food and drink offerings have a “focus on wild game and seasonal produce, plus creative cocktails, local beer and generous hospitality.”
Among the items on the menu:
Bison and boar sliders
Pulled duck sandwich
Pork belly wontons
Turkey wings
The hotel itself first opened last Friday, after many delays of its own. It was first approved by Longmont City Council in 2022 and initially aiming to open the building in 2024.
