The wait for boar sliders is over, at last.
Hotel Longmont has opened its rooftop bar & restaurant, Longmont Supply. The opening was delayed for over a week to address last-minute repairs to a walk-in refrigerator.
Right now, Longmont Supply is only open for breakfast and dinner between 7 - 11 a.m. and 5 - 9 p.m. On Saturday, hours will expand permanently to 7 a.m. - 10 p.m., Thursday through Saturday. Sunday through Wednesday hours will be 7 a.m. - 9 p.m.
The restaurant and bar is available to anyone in the public, even those not staying at the hotel. According to the Hotel Longmont website, food and drink offerings have a “focus on wild game and seasonal produce, plus creative cocktails, local beer and generous hospitality.”

Pulled duck sandwich
Pork belly wontons
Turkey wings
The hotel first opened June 12 after many delays of its own. It was first approved by Longmont City Council in 2022 and initially aimed to open in 2024.
